  • You must use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Orders and Payments

  • When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not mean your order is accepted.

  • Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.

  • Payment must be made in full before goods are shipped.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur beyond our control.

  • Risk in the artwork passes to you upon delivery.

  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding delivery costs), provided it is unused and in original condition.

  • Custom or commissioned artwork cannot usually be returned unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to purchase.

  • All content on the Site, including artwork, text, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Cate Mall Art.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written consent.

 

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

  • Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
